How Will My Order Arrive?
At Altınkale Jewelry, we carefully manage every step of the ordering process to provide you with the highest quality service.
1. Order Confirmation: Once you complete your order, it is received by our system and the confirmation process begins. Payments made via credit card or bank transfer (EFT) are verified, and your order is then sent to production or packaging.
2. Preparation and Packaging: All of our products at Altınkale Jewelry are carefully inspected and packaged with great care. Your jewelry will be placed in our signature Altınkale boxes, protected with materials that prevent scratches and movement. Certificates and warranty documents are also included inside the box.
3. Shipping Process: Your order will be shipped via our partnered courier services within an average of 1–3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can easily monitor its status.
4. Delivery: Your order will be delivered to your address by the courier. We recommend checking the package upon delivery and requesting a damage report from the courier in case of any visible damage. Otherwise, you may be held responsible for any issues.
