How will my order arrive?

Order Confirmation : Once you complete your order, it will be received by our system and the confirmation process will begin. Payments made via credit card or bank transfer/EFT will be verified, and your order will be sent to production or packaging.

Preparation and Packaging : At Altınkale Jewelry, all our products are carefully inspected and packaged. Your jewelry is packaged in special Altınkale boxes with protective materials to prevent scratches and movement. Certificates and warranty documents are also included in the box.

Shipping Process : Your order will be shipped to you within an average of 1-3 business days via our partner shipping companies . You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so you can easily track its location.

Delivery : Your order will be delivered to your address by the courier. We recommend that you check the package upon delivery and have the courier company prepare a damage report if you notice any damage. Otherwise, you may be held responsible for any consequences.
